Oven-Baked Turbot with Potatoes, Carrot & Onion

¡An easy, nutritious dinner perfect for the 1st phase of a low-histamine diet!

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 fresh turbot
– 2 potatoes
– 2 carrots
– 1 onion
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt
– A little water for the baking tray

METHOD:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF)
2. Slice the potatoes, carrots, and onion into thin rounds
3. Place the vegetables on a baking tray with olive oil, salt, and a little water
4. Bake the vegetables for 25 minutes
5. Add the turbot and cook for another 15–20 minutes
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tip: buy fresh or frozen turbot to ensure the histamine content stays as low as possible.
