Co-Founder, CEO & Scientific Director – DAO Institute
Researcher, BAPfood Group – University of Barcelona
CEO and Scientific Director of the DAO Institute, where she leads the organisation’s research strategy, clinical protocols, and specialist training. She is also a registered dietitian and a researcher at the University of Barcelona’s BAPfood Group, specialising in bioactive amines, polyamines, and enzymatic metabolism, bridging academic research with clinical and translational innovation.
