Muy f\u00e1cil. Durante toda nuestra vida no dejamos de recibir mensajes alarmistas sobre las consecuencias de eliminar los l\u00e1cteos de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n. Cuando somos peque\u00f1os nos dicen que sin el vaso de leche no creceremos, cuando somos adolescentes nos advierten que no rendiremos en la escuela y cuando somos adultos nos recuerdan que tendremos osteoporosis o incluso que nuestra microbiota ya no ser\u00e1 la misma, sin saber muchas veces, qu\u00e9 es eso de la microbiota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como nos comenta Luc\u00eda Mart\u00ednez en su libro <em>Vegetarianos con ciencia<\/em>, hay poblaciones que no consumen l\u00e1cteos, como la japonesa, y no tienen m\u00e1s \u00edndice de osteoporosis que la poblaci\u00f3n occidental. <span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><strong>Existen fuentes de calcio de origen vegetal y animal, pero lo m\u00e1s importante es combinar su consumo con diferentes acciones que favorecer\u00e1n su absorci\u00f3n (exposici\u00f3n solar, practicar ejercicio f\u00edsico, etc).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daodeficiencyinstitute.com\/es\/pacientes\/deficit-de-dao\/alimentos-que-interfieren-con-la-histamina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dieta baja en histamina<\/a>, adem\u00e1s de prescindir de los l\u00e1cteos en casi todos sus formatos, tambi\u00e9n se recomienda evitar otras fuentes de calcio como las sardinas, las anchoas, los frutos secos y los vegetales fermentados como el tofu. Pero seguimos teniendo otras opciones frescas de origen natural y alimentos procesados saludables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><strong>Opciones frescas de origen natural<\/strong><\/span>: acelgas, algas, br\u00f3coli, col rizada (kale), coliflor, d\u00e1tiles, higos, legumbres (todas), queso fresco (de cabra mejor), semillas de s\u00e9samo molidas y yema de huevo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><strong>Opciones procesadas saludables<\/strong><\/span>: bebidas vegetales sin az\u00facares y enriquecidas con calcio y\u00a0<em>yogures\u00a0<\/em>vegetales sin az\u00facares y enriquecidos con probi\u00f3ticos. Existen <em>yogures<\/em> vegetales con y sin calcio, pero lo importante es que sean de calidad, que lleven prob\u00f3iticos incorporados y\u00a0contengan los m\u00ednimos ingredientes posibles.
