Se produce en el organismo a trav\u00e9s de una enzima conocida como <b>L-histidina descarboxilasa<\/b>. <\/p><h4><b>El papel de la histamina en el organismo &#8211; Histamina end\u00f3gena<\/b><\/h4><p>La histamina desempe\u00f1a muchas funciones importantes para todos, tanto en las funciones corporales normales como en los procesos del sistema inmunitario. En los seres humanos, la principal fuente de histamina se almacena en c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias espec\u00edficas llamadas <b>mastocitos y bas\u00f3filos<\/b>. Cuando es necesario, estas c\u00e9lulas liberan histamina en el torrente sangu\u00edneo.  <\/p><p>Por lo tanto, la histamina end\u00f3gena es esencial, y nuestro organismo la utiliza de forma eficiente. Uno de sus papeles principales es el de apoyar el sistema inmunitario. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7891ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f7891ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La histamina en el sistema inmunitario<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f44ced elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f44ced\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La histamina end\u00f3gena desempe\u00f1a un papel clave en las reacciones al\u00e9rgicas. Cuando el organismo entra en contacto con un al\u00e9rgeno, los mastocitos liberan la histamina almacenada en sus gr\u00e1nulos a trav\u00e9s de un proceso llamado exocitosis, lo que desencadena s\u00edntomas como picor, hinchaz\u00f3n o enrojecimiento. Existen cuatro tipos de receptores de histamina, H1, H2, H3 y H4, cada uno con diferentes funciones y ubicaciones, y su activaci\u00f3n se asocia con manifestaciones cl\u00ednicas: <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdd0836 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdd0836\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Receptores H1:<\/strong> Se encuentran en las c\u00e9lulas del m\u00fasculo liso de los vasos sangu\u00edneos, bronquios e intestinos, as\u00ed como en el coraz\u00f3n y los nervios sensoriales. Son los principales responsables de los s\u00edntomas al\u00e9rgicos como picor, hinchaz\u00f3n, urticaria y broncoconstricci\u00f3n. <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-267633d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"267633d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Receptores H2:<\/strong> Se localizan principalmente en las c\u00e9lulas de nuestro est\u00f3mago, las c\u00e9lulas card\u00edacas, las c\u00e9lulas del m\u00fasculo liso, los mastocitos y los bas\u00f3filos. Son los principales responsables de la secreci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido g\u00e1strico, la hipotensi\u00f3n, la taquicardia y el dolor de cabeza. <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf5a99b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bf5a99b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Receptores H3:<\/strong> Presentes en el cerebro humano y activos en el sistema nervioso central (SNC) como parte de las neuronas histamin\u00e9rgicas. Est\u00e1n implicados en la funci\u00f3n de la barrera hematoencef\u00e1lica y desempe\u00f1an un papel importante en los procesos de cognici\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n, impulsividad, sue\u00f1o, alimentaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n homeost\u00e1tica. Regulan la liberaci\u00f3n de histamina y otros neurotransmisores como la dopamina, la norepinefrina, el GABA, el glutamato, la acetilcolina y la serotonina.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06a7556 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06a7556\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Receptores H4:<\/strong> Localizados en la m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea y en las c\u00e9lulas hematopoy\u00e9ticas, dando lugar a linajes celulares sangu\u00edneos espec\u00edficos. Tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1an un papel en los trastornos autoinmunes, contribuyendo a las v\u00edas inflamatorias y a la regulaci\u00f3n de las respuestas inmunitarias. <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbbe0c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dbbe0c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Una segunda fuente de histamina procede de los alimentos. Este evento no ocurre en las aminas naturales o fisiol\u00f3gicas, que se forman durante los procesos metab\u00f3licos de plantas y animales.<br>La posibilidad de rutas biosint\u00e9ticas alternativas y la participaci\u00f3n combinada de diferentes tipos de microorganismos y sus posibles interacciones complican la determinaci\u00f3n de la responsabilidad exacta de la biog\u00e9nesis de aminas en los alimentos. <\/p><p>Por lo tanto, para que la histamina crezca en los alimentos se necesitan requisitos espec\u00edficos:<\/p><ul><li>Crecimiento de microorganismos con actividad descarboxilasa.<\/li><li>Disponibilidad de precursores de amino\u00e1cidos y cofactores.<\/li><li>Condiciones ambientales favorables para la s\u00edntesis y la actividad de las descarboxilasas (pH, Aw, T\u00aa\u2026)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aaa5c72 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"aaa5c72\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57e3919 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"57e3919\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a26919 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a26919\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A diferencia de la histamina end\u00f3gena, la histamina que obtenemos de los alimentos no<br>cumple ninguna funci\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gica en nuestro organismo. Por lo tanto, una vez ingerida a trav\u00e9s de la dieta, nuestro sistema debe descomponerla en el intestino mediante la acci\u00f3n de una enzima llamada <strong>diamino oxidasa<\/strong> (DAO), tambi\u00e9n conocida como histaminasa. <\/p><p>Sin embargo, cuando la descomposici\u00f3n de la histamina ex\u00f3gena se reduce, lo m\u00e1s<br>com\u00fan debido a un d\u00e9ficit de la enzima DAO, la histamina puede acumularse en el organismo, alterando el equilibrio con nuestra propia histamina end\u00f3gena.
